The committee takes this unprecedented development very seriously and we fully understand the extent of the situation. Therefore, due to this uncertainty, we would like to advice all delegates to withhold from making any reservation regarding accommodation and travel arrangement. Our top priority remains on maintaining the safety of the public and preventing the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic.
